Upgrade Instructions:
After downloading the upgrade, open the ZIP file. Just run the Setup, or alternatively, intall the files Atkins.prc, ALG.prc, FoodData.pdb and Convertor.prc to your handheld.
How to receive the Upgrade:
palmOne / Handango / AtkinsCarbCounter.com Customers
If you purchased and downloaded the application from our site (www.atkinscarbcounter.com), palmOne.com or Handango.com, please refer to your e-mail order confirmation, click the link and and re-download the application. You will receive the new application. Then follow the Upgrade Instructions.
PalmGear Customers
If you purchased the application from PalmGear, go to your “myPalmGear” account and download the Atkins Carb Counter again. You will receive the new application. Then follow the Upgrade Instructions.
CD-ROM Customers
If you purchased the CD-ROM version of the Atkins Carb Counter, please send the order number from your e-mail confirmation to service@atkinscarbcounter.com. We will send you the upgrade by e-mail.
