"I love the product! I've been doing Atkins for several years now (max weight loss 70 lbs, current sustained loss 63 lbs, was a size 14 now a size 4) and this has made it much easier for me to keep track on my carbs and figure out why I gain a pound or two and can't remember cheating. Since I have instant/constant access, I don't have to try to think what I might have eaten, I can just look it up.

"This is great software. It has a lot of categories of foods to choose from. Plus you can add your own foods in a category called "my foods". It's nice to be able to look up foods and keep track of carbs easily so you don't go over (or if you do go over, see how much you went over by). It has a nice and simple weekly stat chart for weight or carb intake. I also like the journal where you can write goals or feelings or whatever. Helpful and simple to use."

"I've been doing Atkins for years at the suggestion of my doctor to lose some weight and I love the Atkins lifestyle. However, like anyone else, without having something to track my progress (or lack thereof) I got lazy and some of the weight magically reappeared. Now, after my first week with the carb counter and carefully keeping track of what I'm eating, I've lost 4 lbs! I'm actually kind of surprised as I "misbehaved" on a couple of days, and yet the weight just came off! This one is a keeper! Please keep making it better!"
